The terms and conditions listed below become effective once a client engages in business with Appalachia's Best Cleaning Company, LLC. Placing an order by phone, email, or any other communication constitutes the client's acceptance of these policies.

 

• Payment is due within 30 days of services unless another payment schedule has been agreed upon. A fee of $25 is charged for each check returned for non-sufficient funds.
   

• If an appointment needs to be rescheduled please call to notify us immediately. If no effort is made to contact Appalachia's Best 24 hours prior to an appointment, the client will be responsible for providing a payment for half of the rate originally agreed upon.
   

• Every effort will be made to notify our clients if the cleaning specialists are running behind schedule. Please allow a one hour time frame for us to arrive.
   

• Appalachia's Best Cleaning Service, LLC provides all cleaning equipment and supplies for the cleaning consultants to complete each job unless the customer has any objections or preferred supplies.
                                                                                                             

• If a work space is infested with any type of insects proof of extermination must be shown before cleaning services are rendered.                                                             

• Appalachia's Best reserves the right to deny cleaning of an area if bio-hazardous materials (used needles, blood, etc.) are present.
              

• If a client provides access to a work space by leaving the unit unlocked or leaving a key in a conspicuous area, the client releases Appalachia's Best from taking responsibility for any damages caused as a result. If the cleaning specialists are not able to enter a unit that an appointment has been scheduled for, the client will be responsible for providing a payment for half of the rate originally agreed upon. 
   

• A detailed list of tasks completed for each type of cleaning service is available on the Appalachia's Best web page. Any supplementary services can be requested for an additional cost.
   

• In order to maintain your safety, our team will not allow anyone access to a work space without explicit direction from our client. Also, all personal records or office records will not be shared or discussed by any of our employees.
